Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy/ Chronic Pain/Corrective Treatment
About Tasha

Tasha has been practicing massage therapy since 2019 with advanced training in neuromuscular therapy, specializing in the assessment and treatment of chronic pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction. Her approach is highly clinical, focusing on identifying the root cause of symptoms through movement analysis, range-of-motion testing, and targeted muscle evaluation.

With a background working alongside chiropractic providers and experience interpreting movement patterns and even imaging in clinical settings, Tasha delivers client-centered, outcome-driven care designed to restore function, not just relieve pain and tension.

Tasha brings a disciplined, methodical approach to treatment shaped by her service in the United States Navy and years of hands-on experience managing clients in performance and medical environments. She will tailor each treatment session to support her clients’ unique goals.

WE DON'T CHASE YOUR PAIN.
WE WORK HARD TO FIGURE OUT WHY YOU HAVE IT.

Over the years I have been fortunate enough to work alongside excellent Doctors of chiropractic, physical therapists and other licensed body workers. These relationships have given me a broad understanding of how the body works and moves, and has helped me perfect the way I treat in my own practice.
Some of my favorite local practitioners are South Riding Chiropractic, Heitmann Physical Therapy and Wellness, and Healthy Living Acupuncture and Wellness
Bree has been a lifesaver for me! I was having issues with a tight hamstring for months. My chiropractor recommended Bree. She worked diligently with me, my doctor, physical therapist and other specialists to figure out the source of my problem and manage my discomfort to allow me to continue exercising throughout my rehab. As a someone who enjoys extreme exercise via CrossFit and bodybuilding, Bree is critical to my body’s ability to recover and get stronger. She not only takes the time to address all of my pain areas but helps me understand how and why my body is reacting the way it is, how the neuromuscular pathways work, and how to maximize my performance. She recommends at home recovery protocols and shows genuine care for my well-being. She is intuitive and thus able to strike the delicate balance of knowing when I need deep tissue work or just an overall refresh for relaxation and release from emotional or mental stress. Her expertise as a massage therapist is only matched by her kindness, warmth, and empathy. She is not only an incredible massage therapist but an amazing person as well!
